Our Progress

For every vision God has already made provisions.  That being stated ~ "To whom much is given, much is required." We can't say farewell to 2019 without being grateful for ALL the phenomenal blessings that God has placed in our path.  We have been blessed to sustain partnerships and gain new partnerships.  As we embrace ALL the awesome possibilities and limitless blessings of 2020; we are amazed by God's love, abundance and favor.  We NEVER would have made it if it wasn't for God's sustaining power.  Being thoroughly convinced of this one thing that we are truly God ordained and God sustained; we will forever continue to gratefully echo our sentiment TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!  We are humbled and honored to yet be in the service of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  To be chosen for the task of serving God's people is still an awesome and selfless undertaking.  As God continues to shower us with His abundant favor we, in kind, extend a heartfelt thank you to all our partners for your unwavering generosity. Since our birth we have assisted over 1500 veterans; adopted 50 veteran families and 100 civilian families for Thanksgiving and Christmas; clothed more than 2800 individuals, gifted over 2550 children with toys and books; disseminated over 2000 Care Packages; 125 Thanksgiving Baskets and an abundance love with a multitude of prayers. As one of our first “Mission” endeavors we prepared and shipped over 160 care packages to our female soldiers in Afghanistan. While we are aware that it’s not about the numbers; we are very transparent in our efforts.  It is ALWAYS our prayer to do more for the CAUSE OF CHRIST as we continue our quest to alleviate hunger, hopelessness and homelessness.

It is our desire to do so very much more for so many many more. Our goal for the coming year is to increase our contributions. We want to expand our “Hand Up” initiative by equipping our veterans with the needed skills and resources to acquire jobs that can and will transform into careers. As we respond to the needs of our veteran and civilian communities, more families are empowered to become self-sufficient and self-sustaining.

About Innerfaith Women's Alliance

Innerfaith Women’s Alliance, Inc., (IWAInc.) is a Non-Profit, 501(c)3 culmination of a God given, God driven, God actualized vision. IWAInc. was birthed through an inspiring yet laborious matriculation at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, GA.

God does not always immediately reveal His purpose & plan for our lives. He does require that we trust His Word, His Will and His Way. Our faith and belief in the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit is the source of our strength through times of adversity and uncertainty. As His children we have the blessed assurance that He always has our best interest at heart. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

God has placed His confidence in us to nurture and bring into fruition His Vision and His Plan. He has blessed us to share this journey with a select group of ladies whose commitment and support is unequaled. To God Be The Glory!!!
